APAC Distributor Manager (Pharma/Medical-grade Skincare)

A global leader in pharmaceutical/medical-grade skincare brand client is seeking an experienced APAC Regional Distributor Manager to lead the distribution and expansion of its premium skincare offerings in key markets (including India and Australia). This role involves strengthening existing distributor relationships, identifying new partners, and driving market penetration to ensure strong brand representation.

The right-fit candidate will have a deep understanding of the Asian pharmaceutical or medical-grade skincare landscape and proven experience in distributor management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop targeted strategies, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives to maximize sales performance and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth
• Build and manage strong relationships with distributors across APAC markets
• Ensure alignment with brand strategy, sales goals, and operational standards
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Provide data-driven insights and performance tracking to drive results
• Partner with internal teams for successful product launches and marketing campaigns

Key requirements

• 5-7+ years of distributor management experience in skincare, beauty, or consumer goods
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in driving sales growth
• Highly adaptable, results-driven, and proactive in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to travel frequently across APAC to engage with distributors
