About the Role

As the Assistant C&B Manager, you will be responsible for leading and implementing key HR functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and aligning people strategies with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping policies around Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Rewards & Recognition, and HR Compliance.

Reporting to the HR Lead, you will collaborate with business leaders to enhance employee experience and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage payroll and HR compliance, ensuring alignment with local employment laws and internal policies.
  • Develop and oversee employee engagement initiatives, including welfare activities, CSR programs, and recognition frameworks.
  • Lead Learning & Development initiatives, providing growth opportunities for employees.
  • Partner with leadership to drive HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure industry best practices.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 7–8 years of HR experience in a managerial capacity, preferably within the retail or luxury industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, compensation structures, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
