Role Summary
You will manage and strengthen strategic relationships with landlord partners and ensure the seamless execution and expansion within all media networks. The primary focused will be on stakeholder engagement, contract management, and operational coordination to maximize the commercial value of the organization’s advertising assets.
About the role
The Business Partner Manager will be responsible for building, nurturing, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and authorities. This includes acting as the primary point of contact to ensure all contractual obligations are met, fostering long-term partnerships, and negotiating lease renewals, amendments, and new agreements in alignment with business objectives. The role requires effective communication and negotiation skills to balance stakeholder needs while optimizing media asset utilization.
In addition to partner management, the role involves working closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Projects, and Operations to ensure the seamless execution of advertising campaigns. The Business Partner Manager will oversee regulatory compliance and industry standards while also identifying new business opportunities for media asset expansion. This includes responding to tenders, preparing proposals, conducting feasibility studies, and developing business cases for upgrading existing media spaces to enhance commercial value.
The Business Partner Manager will also play a role in supervising and guiding junior team members, ensuring best practices are followed to enhance efficiency and collaboration. They will be responsible for optimizing internal processes, administrative workflows, and generating reports that provide insights into partner performance, site occupancy, and market trends. Through proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking, they will contribute to the company’s growth in the outdoor advertising sector.
What we’ll like to see in you
The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in strategic business partner management, stakeholder engagement, or a related field, with a preference for candidates from outdoor advertising, media, real estate, or property management backgrounds. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Experience in contract management and familiarity with regulatory compliance in outdoor advertising will be highly beneficial.
A successful candidate should demonstrate strong strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to assess opportunities, analyze market trends, and contribute to business growth. They should be highly proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and CRM systems will be advantageous for managing and optimizing media asset partnerships. Additionally, language proficiency in mandarin will be required based on business needs.
