We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our greenfield food and beverage manufacturing plant. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in building and scaling a new venture in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plant operations, project management, and leadership, with a proven track record of successfully managing greenfield projects and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end setup of the greenfield plant
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production goals, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor plant performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality assurance, safety, and supply chain management.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing plant management team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide strong leadership to ensure alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
• Prepare and manage the plant’s operational budget, ensuring cost efficiency and financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align plant operations with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in plant operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing greenfield projects in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end plant operation which in food and beverage manufacturing is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of both Thai and English
