Responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end technological solutions across various business functions.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA applications and other non-SAP applications. Knowledgeable in end-to-end integration spanning functional modules connected to Big Data/Omni Commerce platforms and Retail system platforms.
• Drive the development, implementation, and support of intricate business processes in an SAP environment, emphasizing optimal and best practice technical solutions.
• Uphold stringent SAP Security IT General Controls and processes as per organizational guidelines, conducting regular reviews to forestall violations.
• Analyze core business metrics to pinpoint avenues for continuous improvement and risks, steering full SDLC cycles to bolster both SAP and non-SAP solutions.
• Craft and optimize dashboards tailored for actionable business insights, enhancing user experience and data security management.
• Deliver ad-hoc reports and analytics to department leaders, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
• Pioneer initiatives to elevate business, actively engaging with the business management team to propose value-driven solutions and business cases.
• Oversee local IT partners to ensure adherence to IT General Security Controls and organizational standards, executing periodic reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Technology, or akin disciplines.
• At least 10 years of substantive experience in SAP S4 HANA SD/MM/WM/FI/CO/PP module integration with non-SAP applications. Experience as a Business IT Solutions Manager in an advisory or tech consultancy environment is a plus.
• Established track record in pinpointing and addressing business requirements, furthered by a robust network of operational business relationships.
• Demonstrable prowess in managing projects, adept at utilizing methodologies to produce tangible business results.
• Acumen in FMCG, and manufacturing sectors. Experience with System Integration-SI partners is a distinct advantage.
• Concrete hands-on experience in SAP SDLC delivery methods, ensuring faithful implementation according to design specifications.
• Dynamic and proactive, with an acute sense of detail and a focus on producing high-quality results.
• Stellar communication skills, both written and spoken, complemented by adept presentation capabilities.
