As part of our continuous commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a dynamic Director of Procurement to lead our Procurement Shared Services Centre in Singapore.

About the Role

In this strategic leadership position, you will oversee procurement operations across multiple properties, ensuring compliance with Group and Regional contracts, optimizing cost efficiencies, and maintaining world-class procurement standards. You will be instrumental in driving supplier development, procurement innovation, and team excellence, supporting the Group’s growth and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with the Group’s objectives and service excellence standards.
• Lead sourcing and tendering for high-value goods and services across multi-property operations.
• Establish strategic vendor partnerships and negotiate regional contracts.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Drive cost optimization and performance through robust procurement analytics.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Operations, and regional stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
• Champion digital transformation and process improvement within the procurement function.

Who We’re Looking For

• A degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior procurement or finance leadership role; hospitality or multi-site industry experience is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven procurement.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools is essential.
• A confident communicator and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
