Recruitment Consultant - Consumer

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Recruitment Consultant to join our Bangkok Consumer team. This role offers flexibility to focus on delivery, key account management, or full 360-degree recruitment, depending on your strengths and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will align with the role’s focus and may include some, or all of the following:

• Partnering with clients in the consumer sector to manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Identifying, engaging, and shortlisting high-caliber candidates.
• Building talent pipelines for key roles within FMCG, retail, and consumer goods.
• Providing market insights and strategic advice to clients and candidates.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for key consumer accounts, fostering strong relationships.
• Understanding client needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Conducting regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
• Building and managing a portfolio of consumer sector clients.
• Driving new business development and negotiating terms of business.
• Managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Providing both clients and candidates with market insights and career advice.

Key Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, account management, or a related field.
• A strong interest in the consumer sector, particularly FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Thai is highly advantageous.
