Regional Supply Chain Specialist (Beauty B2B2C)

A global beauty brand client is looking for a Regional Supply Chain Specialist (B2B2C) to join its Singapore office.

Reporting to the head of commercial and working very closely with the sales manager, you will lead and optimize our supply chain activities multiple countries across Asia, with a focus in the B2B2C channel.

This role is crucial in ensuring seamless product delivery to both partners/distributors/franchisees/retailers and end consumers, contributing to the brand's mission of excellence and sustainability. You will utilize analytics to enhance efficiency, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and implement strategic supply chain solutions in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise supply chain processes for B2B2C distribution channels across Asia
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/retailers/distributors/franchisees to forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain efficiency
• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Key requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the beauty/personal care or closely related retail industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management across all levels, internal and external
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated understanding of B2B2C business models and their impact on supply chain processes
