We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our client team, focusing on the small to medium-sized business (SMB) sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement sales strategies to target SMBs, identifying key industries and markets for growth
- Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at SMBs to understand their needs and position our software solutions effectively
- Pipeline Management:
Generate new leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into successful sales
- Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and our software products to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Sales Presentations:
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of SMB clients
- Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and enhance customer satisfaction
- Performance Tracking:
Analyze sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management
Key Qualifications:
- Experience:
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in software solutions targeting SMBs
- Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and customer needs
- Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
