Software Engineer (TypeScript / React) - Contract (6M)- 16k P/M

Responsibilities:

• Build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, cloud-native software solutions

• Guide and support other engineers throughout the software development lifecycle

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents; support on-call rotation

• Write clean, well-tested, and secure code using modern development practices

• Improve platform reliability, DevOps processes, and team delivery capability

• Strengthen Agile practices and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture

• Mentor team members and support onboarding of new hires

Requirements:

• Proficient in TypeScript, React, and GraphQL

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including: SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch

• Experience in API development and cloud-first applications

• Familiar with logging, monitoring, and alerting in production environments

• Proven ability to write secure, well-tested code using TDD/BDD

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools

• Strong understanding of design patterns and data modeling
