Tech Lead (Software Engineering) | Fast-Growth FinTech | $70k P/M / Perm

We’re looking for a Tech Lead – Software Engineering to drive the technical implementation of a mobile app tailored to the Hong Kong market. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact product in a fast-moving, innovative FinTech.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead the technical delivery of our mobile app for the Hong Kong market
• Work closely with country managers & product teams to shape development priorities
• Architect, build, and scale a high-performance, serverless FinTech platform
• Provide technical leadership to a talented team of engineers

What We’re Looking For:
• 4-6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience (full-stack preferred)
• Experience with Flutter and Node.js (TypeScript) is a big plus
• Strong understanding of AWS & serverless architecture (or willingness to learn)
• A problem-solver with a startup mindset, ready to take ownership
