Technical Sales Director

The Technical Sales Director is responsible for driving sales growth through technical expertise and strategic leadership. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a team of technical sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead and mentor the technical sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and achieve goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, particularly at the CEO and C-level, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Serve as a technical expert for the sales team, providing insights and IT solutions to complex customer requirements
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in technical sales, with a minimum of 15 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in technology solutions with a focus on projects valued at 50 MB or more
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers
• Strong understanding of Technology Solutions for Enterprise business
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex technical information and present it effectively
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Fluently speaking both Thai and English
