Argyll Scott is seeking for
Trade Marketing Manager
with at least 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage business. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in category analysis and trade marketing management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop category strategies and tactics using data insights.
- Manage and implement category management projects with customers.
- Recommend assortment and merchandising concepts tailored to store formats.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure a preferred supplier position.
- Ensure fair shelf space allocation aligned with market share.
- Support sales teams with category insights, including POP vision, promotions, and SKU rationalization.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and account evaluations using POS data.
- Act as the key contact for coordination with customers’ category management or merchandising teams.
- Support new product launches with category impact analysis and merchandising guidance.
- Drive in-store visibility and ensure optimal shelf presence for company products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Category Management, Space Management, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales.
- Excellent analytical abilities with strong presentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset for problem-solving.
- Effective leadership, strategic planning, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in space management and data analysis software.
